Not because you don't have the time or because you're in between books and haven't found one you want to try yet. Not even because you're reading so much for school that the idea of reading anything else is too tiring.
I'm about half-way through the Hannah Swenson Mysteries series and have quit reading. Period. I finished the book I was reading and didn't feel like reading the next in line. I looked on my kindle and have several books I haven't read that sound interesting, but I'm not reading any of them. I also have about 4 actual books in my home that I haven't read and that sound good but I'm not reading them either.
I guess I'm taking a break from reading. I don't know if I've ever done that before...not on purpose anyway. When Steve and I get into bed at night, I usually read for 15-30 minutes before turning off my lamp. Lately, I play a word game on my kindle before heading to sleep.
I'm sure it's not permanent. I guess one needs a break from everything once in awhile. I'll be back to reading books in no time. Until then, I'm on level 9 trying to find the longest word that can be made from a group of jumbled up letters...and all the smaller words that one can make with the letters, too.
